Returns
In order to maintain our low prices there may be some charges for returned items that are not exchanged:
You may return items within 30 days if they are clean, unwashed and unused. Returns must be in the original packaging with the original tags.
When we recieve the returned items you will be contacted for additional information to credit your charge card.
You may be charged for the original shipping fee if you were given free shipping and the total of the returned items plus the items kept from the original order does not exceeds $100.00.
For exchanges, simply reorder the correct items, your card will be credited for your returned items when we receive them.
If you decide to return items without reordering you will be charged an additional 15% restocking fee for each item not reordered.
The restocking fee will not apply to reordered items.
Shoes, Medical and Diagnostic Supplies are non returnable.
